When trust is high, communication is easy

 

There are attitudes and communicative behaviors that bring us closer to others. There are other attitudes and communicative behaviors that take us away. Building trust is based on four fundamental pillars, which comprise ten basic interpersonal communication skills.

 

 

 Pathway is a model that explores the four pillars and their associated abilities, making a journey in which each skill is added to the previous ones. At the end of the road, we will have put into play the ten basic skills of interpersonal communication.
