Working with Alex has been crucial for me to close the circle of what was to be the new direction of my career. 

Alex has opened roads, has accompanied me in the discovery process, I was confronted, my conviction was tested... and all this with exquisite sensitivity and a sixth sense to use the technique that could help me more in each moment. 

The process has surprised me, shocked me, at times I have had fun, and other took me in deep thoughts, and especially has helped and inspired me. 

Alex has a good command in face to face situations, in the encounters he stirs you up, he squeezes you, he doesn´t let you get away, he follows you, he encourages you… but he neither determines you nor resolves your life. He seeks, above all else, that you find your solution. And he doesn´t let you go until you're convinced that it is indeed your solution, ... without being too directive, following always your pace and your way. ... “

With an electronic ticket and a lot of enthusiasm as luggage we headed to Los Peñascales Training Campus. Our pilot Alex welcomed us up close and cordial. The title of the training program, Despega 2010 (Take Off 2010), aroused great excitement and invited us to subtly point up. As in a flight, after a strong momentum it took a short time to be at some thousand feet high. Without knowing how to explain it, with our own energy as fuel and with the excellent guidance of our pilot we were comfortable, from a new perspective where it is easier to see in a different way the things we have been embroiled for so long . We spoke about clarities, turbulences, about how to pilot, and to understand future passengers of the planes we may lead someday. We learned to see that after a subtle diversity you can find tools to understand and relate better with others from different perspectives. We learned to communicates more with what is unspoken and that eyes talk loud. We live, eat, sung, laught, we were surprised, we learned , and we experienced. And I can only ask myself, would anybody really know how it feels to fly without getting on an airplane??

I've been lucky enough to count on Alex, with whom I have learned to discover aspects of myself and my colleagues, so far unknown. Teamwork has been of great importance to highlight the qualities of all members. We have learned to drive talent to achieve goals. I learned the value of emotions, acknowledgment and acceptance of the qualities of each person. I have also learned to always show the best to achieve the proposed objectives, to change habits through training and reflection. Throughout the two day program I have learned and remember that what matters most are the people we have in our organization, we deeply rely on them, we must understand them at all times and adapt our leadership to leverage their value and knowledge within the organization, both to resolve conflict situations and to achieve the objectives, without forgetting to bring our knowledge and skills so as to let them expand and improve theirs. All this is possible if we bring two directions FEEDBACK.

I´d also like to say that the content and activities are comprehensive, and that one would have liked to have more days and continue to learn more with Alex.

It also makes me reflect on the desire and enthusiasm you always have to put in things in order to transmit as Alex. For me it has been a very enriching experience. I had never before been part of this type of group dynamics.

The program is original as it comes, I can say that few programs are as enriching as this one. Hi Alex and Team!

I must say that although my feeling of short of time, the intensity experienced in the program has had an impact of a BEFORE and AFTER, not only professionally but also personally. I made myself questioning how I am and all I can be, everything I do and all I can get to do. When it began in 2010, I was eager for change in my life at all levels, I needed to expand, I felt like a worm that seeks to transform into a butterfly, uncomfortable in a body that was crawling, I needed to fly, and I knew this year would to be the beginning of my metamorphosis (...) When I went to the program I had an idea of how these days could be, but I could not imagine that in a short period of time I could realize so many details of self and others, and I was not aware at all; skills, preferences, communication, feedback, others, teams, ... Yes, I felt it was short because I needed more time for reflection and made an integration of all the information I was receiving. Now, some days later, I realize all the information in already in me, and I do have work to do; this program has expanded my vision, and I can now develop my potential and help others to do the same. What a task! Wonderful job! Thank you very much everyone and especially thanks to Alex.

It was a pleasure and a privilege to enjoy for the second time a leadership training developed by Alex Galofré. Two intense and productive days where the feeling of self-knowledge and self-competence, skills and abilities has been continuous, natural and permanent. Also the team feeling has been cemented and strengthened every minute, while has increased the awareness of our potential and gaps and how to enhance them. Not only our knowledge and perceptions of the situations has increased but also helped us to work our cooperation and teamwork skills, and the ability to involve ourselves in a workgroup or in a social group as a constructive part of it.

And all this has been done in a constructive, educational, natural, creative and very motivational way. Our perception of all the program cannot be more positive. My personal feeling cannot be otherwise than highly positive. THANK YOU Alex, as always, has been a great pleasure.

The experience has been very positive both professionally and personally. Professional because I discovered in a tangible and clear way concepts that may already have in my head but did not had a structure or appropriate approach. In such a way that will allow me to develop the ability to communicate with others more appropriately, allowing me to understand and make myself understood in a more easy and clear way. And being able to instill core values and motivations to engage and excite people in a project. And personally because I have lived and known a wonderful group of people, and better self-knowledge.

Suitable for any group of people who seek a guide to knowledge about individuals and groups, and how you can relate with each other depending on the characteristics of both oneself and others. The only thing that I missed is some real cases of practice, which I am aware that are very difficult to achieve, and the length of the program; I personally would have extended for at least another day. 

"... The speaker?. No Comments: impeccable track record, his CV speaks for itself and its references are formidable.

Anyway, all this information is completely canceled and in the background from the first moment you meet Alex

(...) Ever happened to you that, when meeting someone, you have a hunch that you're right with a person?. Well I did at that time.

I always say and think that your energies, to some extent, can be charged or discharged with certain people. Well, let's say, at that moment, my batteries were charged.

The training approach was very innovative.

Substituting the ever rescued "treat others as you would like to be treated"  for a "treat others as they want to be treated" was a challenge that, through various exercises and brilliant explanations of Alex, gradually settled in our minds more conscious (...) 

I recommend you to profit from minute zero of the high level of knowledge of Alex if you have the opportunity to attend one of his courses "

It has been a completely positive experience when you discover what your strengths and what are your areas for improvement. Without the participation in the seminar I had not realized the vast possibilities that exist in the types of leadership and the characteristics of each. You also realize what aspects to improve, and also enhance your strengths.

This has been carried out in a very enjoyable and fun way, especially in the exercise we did in open air(...). Of course the whole seminar was led by Alex Galofré, a very experienced and professional trainer that knows how to motivate, engage and drag participants in a very relaxed ambience, knowing how to combine times for each type of activity or exposure, so that the seminar did not felt heavy at any time, especially after eating. Some time has passed now and after some reflection you realize that few experiences are like this one, so they should be exploited to the fullest. If I had to summarize the experience in one word it would be "excellent."

Honestly, I do not know where to start, but as with the great things in life, it is best to let go, and so I will (...). The experience was just awesome, as you knew not only because you made us identify with the kind of leaders we were, and what needed to be improved to become a great leader, but because you taught us to have active listening, empathy and assertiveness with others. Of course, we learned much more, but these two are the ones that had the grater impact on me. (...)

It has been a great experience. Alex invites you to call things by their name, you may like or not, but the name is concrete, exact, the one closest to reality. 

Alex guides you, it helps you open your eyes, and only oneself discovers his reality and sees how it takes shape, the meaning of situations and you understand the nature of people, relationships ... 

He allows errors, mistakes and from them he challenges to allow new thins to born. In short, learn and improve. The experience takes you to be a better person. 

Director Coaching Ejecutivo

(...) After the first session, it still was not convinced of this new word that now so familiar to me: "coaching.". Obviously we explored a number of issues to find out what would be the way forward.

The following sessions we focused on themes and move adjusting so fine that even in the last few sessions I thought it was magic. Even thought I thought at some points I was with a "witch" with powers, as he was able to make a perfect cliché of my situation.

The experience was brutal because in this world there is not much time to think on oneself, to even love yourself. These sessions are a perfect pause to be aware of many things and situations that are just there, without being aware of it. And the good thing is that all has a solution. Just organize yourself, and do it. And Sometimes you need this "coaching" for you to open your eyes.

I was very surprised that all the activities we did had its application to real life, and had powerful meanings related with the course. I have learned many things about leadership that I didn´t know and rediscovered others that I did not know I knew. I hope I will be able to apply everything I learned and to become someone very versatile and adaptable to many situations. ?Furthermore these techniques are very good for a better understanding of your peers and help you work with teams and improve relations in the group. 

As for how the training was conducted,  I find was very enjoyable and fun and I think that otherwise could have been boring and less productive, because when you learn in a playful way and later on you understand the meanings I think it's easier not to forget, even though some days were very intensive, Alex knew at all times how to keep our attention with the great variety of things we did and with a vital and cheerful attitude.
