The Coaches offers a series of Leadership Development Programs (PDL) that are custom designed in conjunction with the client in order to get a real adaptation to the needs and wishes of the people within the organization.

Our PDL are focused on deepening personal learning and encouraging leaders to the needed action to achieve their goals.

 

Coaching

 

In The coaches we understand coaching as a creative process of accompanying an individual or team in their development and evolution, stimulating him to achieve extraordinary results, and based on the principles of responsibility and accountability. 

With the coaching process the client or coachee gets to own his individual way through increasing awareness, and implementing the learning with responsibility.

 

Tools

 

Tools for diagnosis, assessment and development. The different tools boost the insights and broaden client awareness about the topics that may interest him. 

The tools we use allow diagnosing personal issues, generating experience to work with specific skills and open powerful conversations to discover new perspectives for finally transfer the learning to the day by day in the organization.
