Alex is Coach and Trainer specialized in Leadership Development. CPCC – Co-Active Coach by CTI, International Coach certified by John Grinder, Executive Coaching in Coaching Operativo, Master Practitioner in NLP and Doctor of Ericksonian Hypnosis, has also been trained in other disciplines such as learning in movement, emotional intelligence, psychology and human behavior studies.

Lawyer specialized in Business Laws, he holds a Diploma in Tourism, a Diploma in Dramatic Arts, a Master´s Degree in Human Resources, and a Postgraduate in Business Communication Management.

He has been trained in several countries such as Germany, France, USA, Luxemburg, United Kingdom, Belgium and India.

Since 2008 is affiliated with the Center for Creative Leadership As Associate Coach.  

Part of the Leaders team for the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), as supervisor, trainer and examiner.

He has collaborated as coach with Leadership Development of IESE Business School, and works as trainer with Barcelona Business School and Barcelona University (UB).

His interests lie in the improvement of the relations and the human capital development, through communication and interpersonal development skills. His background in human behavior facilitates a practical and experiential approach to develop the individual skills of each person. Alex has worked for big companies from different industries, where he uses different approaches, such as interactive training, outdoor training, playful techniques, theatre exercises and several psychometric tools.

His professional background includes sales & marketing focus jobs in different markets (fashion, Real State, tourism, wholesales), and executive positions as Training Manager and Corporate Development Manager.

He has worked with more than 7.000 people in 65 Spanish cities, Belgium, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, France, Holland, Germany, Switzerland and Check Republic, and has participated in Coaching Programs in Africa and Asia, with participants from countries such as Senegal, Cameroon, Benin, Burkina Faso, Chad and India.He has more than 2700 coaching hours practice.

Alex is Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF), Board Certified Coach (BCC) by the Center for Credentialing & Education, and acting member of the International Coach Association (AIC) and the Spanish NLP Association (AEPNL).

President of the Spanish Professional Ontological Coach Association (AEPCO) from 2009 until 2013.
